As with all physical activities there is always a risk. Keeping you safe is always THE priority. I follow all advice given from nationally recognised bodies and boards and am a member of Mountain Training and British Canoeing.

I am qualified to carry all safety equipment for all activities. I am up to date with Outdoor First Aid and follow a strict guideline set by myself for Going Places South West.

Please be aware  there are limits to the numbers of participants I will take on any activity and there are also age restrictions. There are details on each activity page that you should read.

ALL activities require that a Parent or Legal Guardian over 18 will accompany persons under 18. There should be a ratio of 1 to 2 if this is the case.

Please ask if you have any questions.
